Rotary Table Technology: This moulding setup is a single coherent system consisting of primary and secondary cavities that can also be split into two entirely separate cavities to meet a variety of specialized moulding requirements. The rear mounted rotary table is used to drive the transfer of the partially moulded product between the primary and secondary cativities during the over-moulding process. It's typically applied to the outer casing of power tools that require only single-sided over-moulding.
Index Plate Technology: This moulding setup is a single coherent system consisting of a primary and secondary cavity, where the index plate is ues to eject the partially moulded product and transfer it to the secondary cavity for the over-moulding process. It's typically used in handling products in need of double sided over-moulding.
Robotic Transfer Technology: This moulding setup is a single coherent system consiting of primary and secondary cavities, but can also be a split mould containing two entirely separate primary and secondary cavities. During the over-moulding process, the partially moulded product is transferred between the cavities via a mechanical arm. It's typically used when refitting a single-component injection moulding machine, enabling a multi-component injection moulded final product.
Cavity Positioning Technology: This mould set is a single coherent system consisting of primary and secondary cavities. The partially moulded product is transferred to the secondary cavity for over-moulding via an internal seromechanism. It's typically used in multi-componenet injection moulded products that require both rapid transfer and high accuracy positioning.
Sandwich Injection Moulding: With this mould set, a cold runner mould can be used on an interlayer mixed colour injection moulding machine, whereas a hot runner mould can be used on multi-component injection machine with a specialized structure. The mould set is used in many specialized functions including injection of a secondary material into the core part of another material, customizing apperarance, strengthening core integrity, reducing waste and overall material cost, insulating core material, as well as various other functions.
Core-pulling Technology: This moulding setup allows the multi-component injection moulding of the product to be realized within a single cavity involving an internal mechanized component which eliminates the need for any opening and closing of the moulding during the injection moulding process. It's typically used in large scale products which include more detailed areas in need of over-moulding.
Cube Rotary Technology: This moulding setup consists of two primary component moulds and an intermediate rotary module, which transfers the partially moulded product between the primary and secondary cavities. The intermediate rotary module can realized a rotation of 180° for a two-station transfer and a rotation of 90° for a four-station transfer, during which it can realize multiple production modes including an integrated cooling station, an ejection and installation station for accessory components, as well as a wide variety of other manufacturing methods available.
